Silence on claim since 05 October - no help what so ever

Im posting a review here to hopefully get a reply on my UIF claim because it seems that my emails are being ignored... After emailing all the documentation that you requested Stephanie, my employer sent everything to you twice and i have sent it numerous times... I decided to contact UIF myself and find out how i can get my claim to be re- assessed. ALL I NEED TO DO IS FAX the forms with the correct UIF number... so i would like to say thank you for ignoring my emails and for the tiny bit of service you gave me in the beginning.. but as soon as there was a problem you stepped away...

before you try and comment here with a sassy answer with dates and explanations... here is my dates and explanations:

all the problems started from 27 September when my claim got rejected i sent you the screen shot and you emailed me back immediately saying it was because of the declaration.

So i waited

05 Oct - email received saying that the reference numbers were the same and that the starting dates were incorrect. I rep**** 15 Min later stating that i saw the mistake and sent you the correct dates.

08 Oct - sent your offices all the correct documentation (i waited 10 min then called to see if you received them - was informed by the lady who answered the phone that i would receive an email when you have opened the email and seen the documents)

on this same day my employer sent all the documentation that you requested to the UIF and cc'd you in.

I phoned UIF countless times and had the same call centre agent help me discover what was actually wrong and how to amend it.

So between my exams and being a mother to a now 3 month old I will go into the UIF offices and hand in all my documentation myself and get this claim paid out.

Before you state that you have no connection to the UIF and it is not your responsibility if forms are filled in incorrectly...You could at least supply some feedback and help your clients out when there is a problem instead of ignoring them. That is seriously pathetic on your side especially once you have paid for a service.

So I will be taking over my UIF claim.
