Sh**t company indeed/biggest **** known to mankind.
Am very disappointed to say least. To all mothers please submit your own papers to the Department of Labour and save your money. This company is the biggest **** i have ever come across , they should write on they website ‘we will help you when we feel like it ‘ because that’s exactly what they do. In my second month of maternity leave and my claim was only processed last week.
Im heading to the Department of Labour during this week to do what i paid little ****** todo for me.
The company should just shut down.

As per all the communications that was sent out to the clients, DOL was offline from 19/02/2019 till 01/04/2019 when they went live on the new system,
even though the system went live 01/04/2019, it only became stable and fully operational 11/04/2019. Prior to that DOL had a lot of challenges and growing pains with the new system.
The new system had its challenges which was also communicated to the clients. The old usernames and passwords had to be reset and a whole lot of new vetting and details needed to be added on the new system. This is all quite unfortunate and caused a LOT of delays on claims which we also communicated to the clients yourself included.
As per all communications sent to you, there was no application document received with the initial documents you sent. When we received it we immediately started working on the claim and provided employment history feedback. The only thing that was delayed was the actual submission and this was communicated to yourself.
The claim was submitted when we were able to do so and it is in process.
We are aware that the changes DOL made had a negative impact, and we are trying our upmost best to get back on track as the new system is now fully operational.

I went to the DOL to my suprise nothing was submitted by little ******. I resubmitted my documents and everything was in order awaiting feedback on my claim . All this took me two days . And little ****** 4months.
If i had done this myself in the first place i would have gotten paid long time.
Iv learnt my lesson and will not recommend this company to anyone.

this in fact is not true,
as we communicated with your Husband many times, your employment wasn't updated. your current employers didn't declare any employment for you, the last employers was also still active.

10 Jun 2019, 17:09we did submit the relevant documents to DOL but on the declarations as so many times explained it is employers compliance issue. We submitted what we had, DOL just had to update the information accordingly so that you could have a full employment history.
