Shocking, Shocking, Shocking "Service"

This is the 2nd review with my first mysteriously disappearing... My son is 2 in August and to date I still have issues with my UIF claim. While the UIF centre does keep requesting further information which I assumed would not have happened due to paying someone to make sure the correct forms/documents are submitted, I am now forced to make endless calls to the contact centre to find out what is happening. Surely signing over power of attorney to a company to sort your UIF affairs would mean you would be exempt from doing this? No, this company is absolutely pathetic and you can honestly kiss your money goodbye because even though I have requested a refund, this is ignored along with my pleas of sorting out my claim. Ladies, do not attempt to use this company to assist you with UIF payments while sitting at home on maternity leave without an income. You will be sorely disappointed and even more out of pocket from these *******. Use Ufiling and sort it yourself.
