****!!! No Communication - They ***** your money!!
This company is a ****! Do not ever use them to claim UIF. I have already paid them to do my Maternity Claims, and they sent communication of what was outstanding. After this was corrected from the Employers side, I communicated with Little ******s and then just never received any communication back.
I sent them two emails, one on 31/05/2021 and one on 08/06/2021, to follow up on my UIF Claims - again on the 6th of July. I even called, after which they stated they will reply to my emails.
It has been 9 months and I have not seen any claims paid into my account. Even after I insisted on my money back, they did not respond.
This is a ********** company. One has to pay up front and then they take your money, and give nothing in return.
I will NOT recommend Little ****** UIF Claims to anyone, in fact, I would rather warn against using them.
Checking the name of the post against feedback - there was an feedback report sent 08/07/2021 and an email 12/07/2021
As per the feedback - the employment was / is still not updated indicating maternity leave.
Our team was today again instructed to send feedback and proof of such employment not being updated

Unfortunately the feedback emails were NOT RECEIVED. I have communicated multiple times that my email address has changed, and even though it was communicated back to me that it was confirmed, obviously it wasn't. Also, why can feedback not be given by replying on the email sent.
The feedback your team was going to provide to me is also incorrect. I called the Department of Labour yesterday, and they confirmed that the Employment is updated, and that the only outstanding item (SINCE FEBRUARY 2021) is the Medical Aid Certificate.
I want my refund please. I will then remove my review. But my review still stands as I:
1. Did not receive any communication to the correct email address.
2. No feedback from your side
3. I haven't received my UIF claim yet.
4. I also have to now do this myself as you clearly did not do what I paid you for.
