If I could give -10 stars I would! Little ****** UIF has been nothing but useless! I paid my fee when asked but when I asked for my money I was given a million stories. My son was born in June 2020 and still my status is pending! WTH? Every time I ask for an update on my status 9 times out of 10 I get NO response. If I call, no answer, I have only been able to get ahold of them twice via phone call since June of '20. I then need to resubmit forms, or get new forms or this that and the other. Always a new story. The owner "Stephanie" never answers until you threat with legal actions. Please do not fall in the same trap as we did. We are about 5 mommies still waiting for any sort of "service".

as per our replies and feedback - your claim would have been approved long time ago, BUT your employers claims TERS for yourself / TERS claim feel within your maternity leave period - and this is seem by DOL as double dipping and DOL couldn't approve the claim due to this. (employers did the claim not us - so we cannot be held liable / responsible for the non approval by DOL) We have informed your of such and made suggestions as to what to do to get this fixed / approved - new documents were received from you - but now another issue came up - you changed employers... now not only is there a ters issue and maternity dates that must be removed / changed - there is NEW employment also declared.
