Run-around with Little ******
I've been waiting 6 months for my UIF claim to pay out after making use of Little ******. They cannot seem to resolve the issue that is preventing my claim from being paid out. They cannot communicate the issue properly so that my previous employer can submit the correct documents. They only send feedback after numerous requests for feedback. You pay them R550 to assist with your claim, but once they have their fee they have no motivation to resolve and give feedback.

As we have advised you over email and via telephone, this is an employer compliance issue. The employers weren't compliant in their submission to DOL, and now the claim is being delayed as a result.
We have requested the documents from you, which we have received and submitted to DOL, but as per the agreement, we cannot be held responsible for employers that are not compliant, however we do promise to assist to the best we can.
we have submitted the documents to DOL, and followed up and submitted again.
We do not capture the documents, DOL has to capture it and as stipulated to take 7-15 working days. If the employment is not updated, they request the documents to be sent in again which was done.
This employment should have been correctly declared and followed up by the employers as per law this is what is needed for them to be compliant.
At this stage, please also advise employers of their non compliance as they MUST as a big company that they are, be compliant and ensure that they declare the correct information on time / monthly.
