Really not happy with their service !!!!
Really not happy with their service !!!! I submitted my maternity UIF documents end of Nov 2019, to date I have had no update whatsoever that is beneficial to me. After countless follow up emails with regards to my claim through Jan and Feb 2019, I was asked to revise my UI 2.7. Which I did with speedily haste as "this was the only document holding up my claim, and payment will be made sooner once we have this document in hand". Same was sent to their office the same day. Another month has passed and yet again countless emails from my side for an update. On the 15th of March I received an email advising that follow ups will be done within the week. Sorry to say but yet another week has passed.... no update.... Can't get hold of anyone via email, whatsapp or telephonicly. All you get is a voice mail telling you that they are busy with follow ups etc. - when will we get an answer...

31/03/2020 - Detailed feedback was given to client about the current employment issue. A New letter was requested, because of a incorrect declaration that was made the claim was at a stand still.
07/04/2020 - Letter was received from client and submitted to DOL for updating of their systems,
