Poor service

Looks like maternity benefits isn’t their strong point, submitted my documents in January. After following up several times with them on how far my claim was , I was informed I need to get some information from a previous employer wich I did and submitted back to them. To date I have not received any payments. If you don’t keep following up you will never know the status of your claim. But even when you follow doesn’t make much of a difference or speed up the process I guess.
