Poor service and no willingness to actually provide a service
They arejust after your money, and with no actual i tent to help you. They are rude and very inconsiderate. We don't know how to do this maternaty UIF claim thing, so you would think after having paid them they would assit and help you step-by-step to go through this process. But no! They make it our problem to find info and make us feel like we owe them.... very to little detail on how to go about doing things that the employer is "supposed" to know how to do. And their very very limited 'office' hours and take 5 or 6 days te respond to urgent queries.

We have instructions which step by step assist with the completion of the maternity documents,
We send out a process explanation which also explains what happens and when.(right after documents were received) With our feedback - we advise the client of the employment history - as this is the most important part of the claim. However - updating of employment history is an employers responsibility as per law. We can only submit manual paperwork but electronic submissions must be done by employers, however we have a system in place which we share with clients as well, which has a step by step explanation of what must happen and what must be done - So we are quite unsure as to why you say we don't guide throughout the process.
It is stipulated in the agreement and all our communications that the client must provide us with all the documents and information in terms of their employment since they have worked there and would get the info.
Please note: we are in the office daily from 8 till 16:00, however our phone lines are only open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9 till 14:00. THIS IS ONLY SO THAT WE HAVE TIME TO DO THE NEEDED FOLLOW UPS.

18 Jan 2022, 15:15After alot of struggling that could all have been avoided if the communication was a bit more helpful and provided some clearer reasons as to why certain things needed to be done by us after we paid them to do it.... my wife got her UIF. If you have been with ONE company the last 4 years, yes use Little ******. If not, be aware you will have to get the previous employment details and get your employer to submit.
