Poor service
Poor Service!! Quick to take your money, but not as quick to log your claim. No feedback, no response on emails. They just send you the same blabber over and over about outstanding information from employers, even though all employers info has been update.
They do not call you to give any guidance or advise.
Wont advise using their services at all!

As per your call this morning: and the feedback sent,
we have provided screenshots directly from your employment history SHOWING the end dates not being updated. so not sure how this is just blabber if the screenshots are clear proof of employers non compliance and employment not being updated.
As we state on all of our feedback - we cannot be held liable for employers non compliance - since we cannot update the information and this must be updated by employers - this is what the unemployment act / las states.
it is very sad that employers just say "we have done all we can" yet they HAVE NOT.
Once ufiling and or their payroll was successfully submitted to DOL and your employment was updated - then they have done all they can. But it very quickly for them to blame us and or DOL if they are not doing anything to get in line and compliant.

we have provided all the instructions and guidelines as to what employers can and must do. they would need to assist and get your employment updated since this is what law states they must do.
