Poor poor service from ;little ******
I am highly disgusted with the service received from little ****** regarding my Mom's UIF claim. She went on pension the beginning of February and to date she is still trying to get answers regarding payment. Never does little ****** contact my Mom she always has to do the follow ups. Some times she sends 3 or more emails before she gets a lame excuse back from them. As she is a pensioner and widowed she really needs this UIF. Little ****** is quick to take your R760 registration fee but is completely unprofessional and *********** in the work. I will surely not recommend little ****** to anyone in the future

Please advise, Who is your mother?
We provide feedback on all claims - which might seem "lame" but if there is a problem with employment this is communicated to clients. This is not "lame" but rather insight about the employers non compliance regarding their declarations.
We submit all manual paperwork on behalf of our clients to DOL for capturing (as per agreement), we cannot update the information as this must be done by DOL and or employers as according to unemployment insurance act - it is employers responsibility to ensure compliance when it comes to employment history.
