Poor customer service

This company is a great idea. Assisting new and again moms with Uif claims without the stress of them having to do it themselves with a new baby in the midst.

However it is even more stressfull when the customer service is really bad.

Stephanie does not respond to follow ups and if she does it's a half hearted 1 liner with hardly any info. "We are working on it" does not suffice.

And when you ask questions to explain the problem you just don't get anything back.

Being in the customer service industry myself I can admit you cannot please everyone. But this is just horrific.

You pay for the service and I think a decent response is not asking to much at all.

Good day Tammy,
As explained to you when we wanted to submit your claim it showed that your ID was locked on the system. We have sent numerous emails to DOL to get this sorted and unlocked as it is something they must do. We only had response from the this past monday were they said it is being looked at and they will notify us if and when it is sorted. (we sent you the relevant emails)
we have followed up again as we had no email response and they ensured that it was done today. We are currently busy following up to submit the claim.
