Poor and *********** service!

I chose this company so enthusiastically! If I could do it over, I would have done the entire application myself because not only do they not know what they are doing, they actually messed up my application, causing the stall and after 7 months of being sent automated emails, telling me to resend them documents but not actually telling me why and what was going on, and being kept on hold when I call, I am now having to start over a new application.
