Please do not use Little ****** UIF claims.
I can not express how unsatisfied I am with their service.It’s over a year now and I have not received my UIF. The whole purpose of using an agency is to make your life easier, especially being a new mum. I keep having to follow up with them, sometimes I don’t even receive a response until my 3rd email to them. Even their response back is monotonous, there’s no progress, just empty promises. I’ve taken out loans to get me through my maternity leave, hoping to be paid out my UIF, to pay back the loans. Now I’m stuck with a major debt. I’m very unhappy and I urge anyone considering using their services to please don’t. I’m still waiting for my money, and my baby is 1 year already.

as per the feedback to yourself - employers made new declarations and this is causing a delay with DOL on the approval
DOL must "remove" all new salary declarations after the maternity termination date to approve your claim.

We are however in correspondence with DOL in getting the issues sorted.
