Pathetic Client Service!!! Don't answer or reply in a timely fashion and ALWAYS has excuses. TERRIBLE!!!

Pathetic client service... I would urge you NOT to make use of them.

My first correspondence with them was on 17Jun2020 when I requested info on how their service works and what the next steps would be. Within 10mins I had received and email outlaying their role and their contract and was told that they require prepayment. I then send all the documents to them as requested on the 19Jun2020, they immediately rep**** stating that something is wrong with my UI19 form (here I actually thought hey these guys are quick - pppffttt counting my chickens before they hatch). On 23Jun2020 I received an email stating that they received my documents and the heading "The process from here on out is as follows". With each step promising feedback within 5-7working days (note I have not received this feedback). Also on the same day I had resent them the corrected documents they informed me was wrong. On 25Jun2020 I received "a standard notification email which makes you aware of your employment history as it is at DOL" in which they informed me that "all registrations are done but not terminated." and again requesting the documents I had already sent. I resent the requested documents. On 26Jun2020 I recieves "a notification that we have submitted your UIF claim" with a reference number (again I was hopeful... again i was counting my chickens before they hatched). On 1Jul2020 I sent a follow up email requesting additional info - NO RESPONSE. On 7Jul2020 I sent another email requesting the status of my claim as they said "feedback would be given 5-7 working days" and I had not had any communication since 26Jun2020. On 17Jul2020 I received an email "Good day. We have followed up on you UIF claim (unemployment history). Your employment as below noted is still not 100% updated. We will resubmit declerations." That was the whole email!!! We had a back an forth conversation with no real projections from their side. On 4Aug2020 I recieved an email from a "@labour.gov.za" address stating that my documents are still outstanding and they can't continue with my application. I IMMEDIATELY sent this email to Little ******s UIF requesting if they had submitted and expressing my frustrations of not getting any feedback from them. On 5Aug2020 I recieved a response "Please take note we have submitted your declerations vias fax & email, if you received an email like this, they have'nt captured it as yet, Not our fault. As mentioned before we do submit the manual declerations on your behalf, but if done electronically by employers this wouldn't have been an issue to start off with we will again send to this email". I then rep**** asking what action form my side should be taken next (with no response). On 20Aug2020 I sent an email requesting a response/follow up since it was 2weeks since the last email I had sent them with not receiving anything from them. on 24Aug2020 I again sent an email asking for an update and a response (to no avail). On 25Aug2020 My husband was able to get through on the phone (please note during all this time I never once was able to reach them on a phone, not at a lack of trying) where Stephanie told him that there is a problem with my ex employers declarations from 2014 and then she promised that she would send an update within 2days. (NOTE in a previous email termination was given as an issue). To which I immediately sent an email requesting that she puts in writing on an email what the issue is so that I can send it to my ex employer to maybe try and speed things up. I received a reply on the 25Aug2020 "Good day. Will do as we are getting feedback ready. - This was all the email said. On 30Aug2020 I sent an email asking when to expect feedback as it was promised within two days and it had already been more than 2 working days. On 02Sep2020 I received the following email “Please check your spam,Feedback was emailed 27/08 I have resent the feedback.” As well as an email stating that my employment history had not been updated at UIF side and that it is the fault of my previous employer. PLEASE NOTE I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE “FEEDBACK” EMAIL ON THE 27Aug AND ALSO THERE IS NOTHING IN MY SPAM FOLDER – THIS SEEMS TO BE A REOCCURRING EXCUSE OF THEIRS, SAYING THAT THEY SENT AN EMAIL AND IT SHOULD BE IN THE SPAM FOLDER. There was a quick back and forth where I asked them to explain more to which I received this reply (after saying that I would post a review on Hellopeter today): “Good day This is employer compliance,We are submitting on your behalf to DOL for them to capture, If employers submit as they are supposed to it would help the situation, During the lock down there have been delays with the manual capturing as they are very strict with the verification and they want employers to comply I have been in constant correspondence with them about this issue and I have been advised yesterday they will take a trail with us in handing it in for now.”

During all this time I had also tried calling them telephonically of which only my husband was able to get through the 1time and actually speak to a person. All the times I have tried calling it was a voicemail/answering machine message stating the “business hours” (in which I made sure to call) or asking to call again or asking to leave a message and they will get back to you. I have left messages and sent emails for someone to give me a call to no avail. I really feel that they are preying on the weak and desperate and *****ing people’s money.

declared.
We have received your declarations yes, on paper all employment is updated, but on the DOL system, your employers didn't update it with DOL and your employment is active x 4 times.

also as per feedback we have advised that during the lockdown there is a delay with manual capturing.

In a email you sent to us, you state we just blame employers,
if you do understand the process on how UIF works and what is expected of employers monthly you will note this is just not excuses but FACTS.

1st reply to post) If only you were able to reply this fast on email... so if your server changed on 25Aug why the delayed/lack of responses between 26Jun and 25Aug?

2nd reply to post) I received the email with that same table as above. Regarding that table it really does not mean anything as it was just placed in the email with the "I have noted that all registrations are done but they were not terminated. We do require the following in order to get the employment updated: Ui19, Salary Schedule, Employment letter. (THIS WAS THE EMAIL AS EXPLAINED ABOVE FROM 25JUN). I did request if there was something I could do from my side and I didn't get any explanation, however I did what you requested from me.

3rd reply to post) In this response you now told me that I can fill in as many forms as I like but if the employer doesn't declare it i have no chance - After I had asked in previous emails if there is something i can do to speed up the process on my side. Also the delay at D.O.L. has nothing to do with you not giving me updates or not responding to my emails.

4th reply to post) The FACT of the matter is you keep on saying that it is my employers fault but you never gave instructions to me (even after I asked) on how to get this sorted from my employers side. I actually did send you an email requesting that you put in writing what my employers did incorrectly or need to do so that I can request that they do what needs to be done - and still no such email was received from you.

5th reply to post) Again you say my employers are not compliant, but in no way are you given me more information to contact them and tell them how they are not compliant. I actually gave my employer a call and asked why are they not complying and my employer literally did not know what I was talking about. The employer contacted the accounting firm they use and the accounting firm said everything is up to date according to them and how they always have done it. THIS WAS WHEN I REQUESTED FROM YOU TO PUT N WRITING WHAT THEY NEED TO FIX ON THEIR SIDE.

Also to your email you sent me on reply to this review where you said it is not you *****ing my money and it is my previous employers *****ing my money - I wold have to disagree, I did not pay any money into my previous employers account for a service I feel is not being rendered. You took my money and you are the ones not rendering a sufficient service.
