Pathetic and no service
PATHETIC AND NO SERVICE
They are Requesting document after document.. After asking are you sure you don't need anything else where they informed me yes they have all documents. . Just to find out they still need more requirements.. They don't do the effort to pick up a phone or to keep the promises they make.. I was promised that I will get an answer in a weeks time where i had to phone the office after sending several emails and WhatsApp.and this is 4pm in the afternoon after I had to phone them first and warn them if no answer received after 4:30 mthat my attorney will be in contact with them. Why do I have to go to such lengths just to get a response out of them like they promised.. They just give ni service or call back.
I didn't speak to anyone telephonically since my submission of my documents and I have paid them already... I had to be the first point of contact. I submitted everything well in time and now all my debit orders are going to bounce due to lack of service and communication.I truly feel that they are not competent for the job they do. They dont even do the effort to pick up the phone and ask for the requirements. This is stressful for a women going on leave not receiving any funds and you have to provide for you newborn.. They have no sense of urgency or professionalism.
I am very disappointed in their service.. I have requested on 2 events for Stephanie to phone me personally.. Up until now no call received from her..
We us customers do not always understand how the process work and what exactly they need that is why I paid them. Not for them to inconvenience this experience even further for me and this is after paying them in full. Now my hands are cut off and they do whatever they want on their time with no sense of urgency or even to phone me and ask for the requirements. I have no trust in them ..
After phoning on Friday Stephanie and the office phone was switched off.. So I still don't have a solution as they promised just more outstanding REQUIREMENTS. they only work on email as it seems and do not alway reply with urgency...
I have to wait until Monday now before continuing with the questions I have on the requirements.. They will be hearing from my attorney as this is unprofessional.
My documents was submitted in August and I followed up in September after they said they received everything that there is still more requirements.. We are already in October I don't know what I will receive and when and if they are happy or what the next step is.. I email them at least once a week where they don't always even reply on an email
Hopefully I will receive some service now after having to go through such lengths to get their attention

NO SALARIES was declared for yourself after your last leave.
If you can remember correctly this SAME issue was with your first leave when we assist you as initially there was no employment even captured for yourself.
