Pathetic and disgusted with their service!!!! Don't even deserve 1 star.

Absolutely disgusted with their service given to clients. Paid them for maternity uif claim submission and sent them paperwork in May 2020 it is now December and still nothing. If you don't follow up with them they never bother sending you feed back regarding your claim. I sent them a mail on 20 November requesting an update and my details and still 14 days later have heard noting. Their service are pathetic to say the least .I regret ever having used them for my claim. What company never answers calls and tell you to communicate via email only... a sorry excuse for a company I'd say. Maybe they should concentrate more on customer service but clearly they are only interested in making money off of person. I would never recommend them to any one. They are absolutely pathetic and if this was my company I would be completely embarrassed and disgusted to even be associated with them. Lets see how long they take to reply to this.......not holding my breath though cause it seems once they have your money they don't really care about much else. Customer service does not exist for them .
