PATHETIC
NO REPLIES TO MAILS. NO ANSWERING OF ANY CALLS. ALREADY PAID BUT THEN THE SERVICE STOPS. ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS SINCE WE PAID FOR THE SERVICE!!! SUBMITTED ALL REQUIRED DOCS.

we have TWO incoming lines, if both lines are busy a rd and 4th call just rings.
our phones are now quite and no other incoming calls.

Both lines have automated response. 3 weeks ago i got hold of someone there - left my information and they said they will pull our file and come back to me and still haven't received any response? AND then i emailed.... without any response???????

We Don't have a switchboard with multiple incoming lines.
Please send me an email so that we can follow up,
