Only received half of my claim
I can agree with most of the reviews below . Not happy with the service received and would not recommend them. Poor communication, have to beg for feedback. I gave birth in June 2020, after many months of back and forth, I only received half of my payment owed. I keep following up and receive no response other than "we have escalated your claim and will follow up". Still haven't received the other half and I keep having to phone if I want any form of feedback. Very disappointed.

As we have explained to you and which you acknowledged, the claim was approved and paid on the declared hours, Do made or based their calculations and their payout to you based on the employment history. We cannot be held liable for incorrect information on the DOL system declared by employers (as per the agreement)
Your claim was approved, paid and finalized on the information they had on the system. When querying this - it was advised that a call must be logged with DOL and a whole process must be followed for DOL to even re-open the case and raise the underpayment., We have received corrected / other documents from yourself which was submitted to DOL to start the process. Unfortunately as we have advised you this is a timely process which again we have no control over and or we have no timelines for because in DOL's books your claim was paid in full, but this to you is under dispute.
As per our agreement - we cannot be held liable and or responsible for the approval and amounts DOL approve the claim for. We have no in hand the approval process and the calculation process of the benefits, nor can we be held liable for the incorrect declarations employers declared.
Feedback is limited also as we have advised you off - DOL finalized the claim and getting someone to go through the process of logging necessary calls and raising over and under payments is a struggle for not just us, but even for actual UIF staff.
