No reply to my emails coz they said I must send them case numbers and messages that shows that I followed their procedures I did send them no reply !!!
I have send them email as adviced but no reply just wasted my time I don’t see anything happening you just pay your money for nothing it should that they are the ones helping you ,but you will be the one busy chasing them so I will not advise people to use this company they just have to read reviews people don’t lie it’s what we experience paying for service that just use your money not helping you .

20 Jun 2023, 15:59On the message I don’t see this numbers I checked going forward what is the solution will you be able to assist me or you can’t? coz I waiting to long ,and always i receiving messages to escalate and also to be approve for so long.Am the one always pushing your company to help me by writing emails that you dont reply,Also I call your company more often to find out you are the ones to make sure am a happy client but I waited so long so my question is will you be able to assist me yes or no if yes what’s the solution? If not it’s fine I waited so long and I lost hope and patience.
