No feedback/progress

I'm pretty sure it would have been easier to go to DoL directly. My complaint is similar to many I've read here (too late unfortunately, otherwise I would have used a different agency). No communication / feedback from their side regarding my maternity claim despite following up via email and phone. Their excuses range from loadshedding to public holidays but seem to boil down to incompetence and a lack of staff. Very disappointed in the service
