No communication and poor service

I have received little to no communication since my claim was submitted about a year ago. I also made my payment in full and they disappeared with my money. I have sent multiple emails to them with no response, and their phone lines are impossible to reach due to either load shedding, limited working hours/days, or random times they work. It is almost impossible to get through to them. I highly encourage any person that has to submit a claim to stay away from Little ****** UIF claims due to their poor service and communication.
