Avoid this service at all costs! They assured us that my wife’s claim was submitted two months ago, but when we requested a case number, they were unable to provide one. After following up with the UIF offices, we were told that no documents were ever received. To make matters worse, they refuse to refund our money.

Please do not use their services. It’s better to handle the process yourself.
