More than 5 unanswered emails,phone just rings with no answers,No communication at all

I submitted my documents to little ******s End Feb 2018 for my maternity leave that started in March..So end Feb on 26th they sent an update saying my claim was rejected due to my employment record,and they said they have resubmitted and that the process will take 7 to 15 days and they further outlined that they will follow up and let me know.I have sent more than 5 emails asking for an update but all my emails goes flat unanswered. We in the second month with no pay,I understand that if my claim was rejected its due to valid reason and I don't blame for that but ignoring my emails when I ask for an update really does frustrate. It makes one wonder if she/he is dealing with legitimate urgent.. is it that hard to reply emails.
