MONEY AND TIME WAISTING !!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLES SERVICE!!!!!

I have been patient, and now my patience has run out, I paid money for service and all I get is nothing ... I have phoned numerous times, every time I get promised a call back ... and nothing. So, I Paid the fee for submission of papers R800.00 and then I need to phone for updates on my own account, send emails to find out what is going also on my own account last feedback I received from them was 14 August 2024 according to my records. Baby was born in April, and still no new feedback. this claim is ongoing since March 2024. Pregnant mommies out there DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, take the time and go to DOL in person, I promise you, YOU ARE WAISTING TIME AND MONEY on LITTLE ******. Money I am sure none of us really have. at the end of the day, I lost R800.00+, but that's what happens if you put your trust in people, you think have intentions on helping you.
