LITTLE ****** UIF are a ****

I saw good reviews on their website so I decided to use the them, worst decision.... After sending all my documents I waited for about a month thinking that my claim was submitted. Then I just decided to go the department of labour just to find out how far was my claim was , to my horror nothing was submitted, after receiving feedback from them on a daily basis that Department of labour was Offline which was only for 1 week, these agencies are a ****, so I spent R900 to end up doing everything that I paid them to do, really a waste of time!!!
