Little ****** - Unprofessional and not efficient!!!

I am experiencing such a hard time with Little ******. I submit my docs, I have asked if all is in order, I get no response for a month until I contact them. Then they ask me for docs in dribs and drabs. They don't proactively contact you, you have to chase up with them. I am on maternity leave since 20 Jan and still have no sorted my UIF to date. My advice is to not use this company - they are certainly not helpful nor are they professional.
