Little ****** UIFClaims worse service and a big ****
I had logged a claim with this company in May with the understanding that they take care of having to communicate with DoL on your behalf. Well to my surprise, 6 months after having paid and forwarding all required documents my claim has not been completed. On contacting the DoL, I was instructed to bring in all my documents, which is really why I paid this so called ************. I started my application when I started maternity leave and I am back at work for 2 months already and yet no further action.

your employment for HomeC**** was not updated for quite sometime, it was updated beginning of Oct and since the claim was escalated 3 times for approval as per the feedback per mail

Also please stop trying to make excuses for your inability to deliver a service that you promise.
As far as DoL is concerned my employment has still not been updated as there are still outstanding documents, please do not try and ask if I had called head office or the provincial offices. I called 3 different departments excluding the head office and they are all on the same page.
