Little ****** UIF - POOR SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!
They are a **** 100%. Very unprofessional! my claim has been sitting with them for 11 months and to date I have not received my UIF - they don't do follow up with the customer or anything. A company that specialises in UIF should have their ducks in a row, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY... I don't recommend them ...

You contacted us in Feb 2021 to assist and TAKE OVER your claim your have submitted yourself.
NO fees were paid to date for our services as for takeover claims we try and sort out issues with before fee payment as we have advised.
We have been trying to assist you to the best we can - taking note this is a VERY OLD claim July 2020, and since your leave start date employers have not shown that there was a maternity leave period.
Feb to now is NOT 11 Months as above stated.
we have given you ALL the feedback and advised on ALL issues regarding the claim. Solutions were given - but with each solution employers declared new info which caused more issues as also explained in feedback which we are now again trying to solve.
