Little ****** UIF Claims - *****

I have sent in my UIF forms to Little ****** UIF Claims almost 2 months ago. I paid them almpst R500 to do my UIF claims for me. I saw this as the easy way to do it to pay someone to help me sort this out, as i dont get much time. Im working shifts and my baby is almost 4 months old. I started work already and still haven't heard anything from them. This is really upsetting me as it is MY money. I already paid and hoe am i going to get my money back? They dont answer the phone at all... i tried phoning more than 20 times all together. I have sent almost 6 emails asking them for my money and how my claim is going. No answer.... only an autoreceipt email each and every time telling me they are busy.... response time can take up to 3-5 working days. Its been 2 months already. This is really upsetting. I have a small baby at home and i need my UIF money or i need my money back. I am really sickened by this. I only read bad stuff about Stephanie and Little ******. As i they dont reply ANY of my phone calls or send any emails back. This is the only choice is have

Good day,

I can assure you we are not *****s. We have 1 main number clients phone us on. if we are busy on this number it diverts to another phone not to miss any calls. It does happen that both phones / numbers will be busy with x2 calls at the same time and it a 3rd is trying to call it will just ring.

Due to influx of emails received daily, we do urge client to phone us if they send application forms so that it can take priority.

Please contact Stephanie directly to sort out this matter.

AS per our review of your claim and as per the previous communications,

there is a problem with the employment history that your employer declared.

We stipulated in communications what is needed to get the employment fixed. As per the agreement we clearly stipulate we cannot be held responsible for non compliance or incorrect declarations done by employers.

we promise to assist to get this sorted if we have the correct documents and information but UIF themselves still have stipulated turnaround times on capturing of declarations also stipulated in our communications.

27/03 feedback

UIF Has Several registrations for your with Netcare Hospitals.

01/09/14

01/11/14

And the also also a registration with Netcare ref ***/8

Do you know maybe why they would have done this?

The Ui19 we have has 01/11/2014 as a starting date.

We will need a letter from the employers to explain why there are so many employment periods.

The letter will also need to say which if the correct registration / employment.

10/04

We need all the info from the employers to get the employment fixed,.

*letter from employer was received with another employment start date in 2011. This doesn't correspond with the Ui19 as above stipulated in above feedback.

So basic question is:

Which is the correct start date as there is now 4 on the table with none of the documents verifying any.
