Little ****** UIF Claims a *****
This UIF-assist outfit is a *****. Much like its owner Stephanie. It's been exactly 10 days since I emailed all my documents to Little ****** for them to claim my maternity UIF benefit on my behalf. I have no acknowledgement of reciept of documents or of the fee that I paid into their account.
Stephanie, who was responsive on the odd occassion when she had to email the forms has now disappeared. She ignores texts etc.
Awesome Moms has gained a reputation in the industry as being ********** but Little ****** equally fits the term. And of course Stephanie will respond on this platform in a defensive and combative tone like she has done on the many negative reviews that have been posted here.
Little ******, I have paid a fee! Please deliver the service you promised and if not then you need to refund me! Little ****** is a joke: automated reply emails, the phone goes unanswered etc. Its just a joke. And its an even bigger joke that reputable gynaecologists allow for this thieving Stephanie to leave her business pamphlets at their reception areas.
I'm disappointed and appalled.

As per all the communications and email responders we URGE the clients to contact us should there have been documents sent to us. There are many reasons for this as technology fails us all time to time. Seeing that the documents are so much, and it will influence the size of the emails, it does happen that emails are not received (downloaded on outlook) due to the size.
As per whatsapp the status clearly states we are not available on whatsapp. We receive about 100’s of whatsapp and sms daily as for some reason our number was leaked and we are receiving all kinds of texts as if we are the department ourselves. This is time consuming having to go through all of the texts. It is not that we don’t want to respond but a issue with what is related to LM and what is spam.
Please phone me, Stephanie, directly as I have don’t know who you are and have not received a call on checking documents as all the other clients do.
