Little ****** UIF claims

Disappointed. No feedback, no response, upon telephonic enquiry the call is cut off. My child is turning 16 months and still no progress. Always interesting that proof of payment R920 should be sent before any work will be done but then nothing is done anyway! What a waste of money and time.
