They take a long time submitting all your paperwork that you take forever to compile, then you have to follow up the whole time and they come back with nonsense! I paid them for a service and they didn’t deliver, I had to use another lady who assisted me within 2 days and she only required 2 Documents and my ID and told me the 1 form they sent me was incorrect therefore the long wait and they didn’t correct this! My payout was made as the other lady said it would be and she gave me a breakdown of my payments; they didn’t give me anything and no feedback from them for a while and I had to chase them. I asked them for a refund as they didn’t get my UIf in the end ! It cost me a further R700 to pay someone else who helped me within 2 days and I was waiting since beginning of February, all my documents were submitted end of January 2020, I paid little ****** R530 and they refusing to refund me, it’s disgusting as i explained because of them I’m behind in debit orders and bank fees now and they just don’t care!
