Worst Worst Worst place ever!!! DO NOT USE these people! they pretend like they are assisting but they don't.I paid them R950 and got absolutely no help.You are really better of going to the UIF yourself.Do not waste your money or time thinking these people will help you.They are Pathetic!

Since 21/12/2020 when taking on this claim the feedback provided was that your employment wasn't updated and declared. In jan 2021 employment was again shared - multiple feedback emails were shared with feedback and also submissions on our part.

as per our agreement with you - we cannot be held liable for the non compliance of employers .
Since you went on maternity leave till Dec 2020 - your employers never declared your maternity leave to DOL.
