This company is a ****. They will take your money and not assist you . Their telephone lines are never active , if you do get through …you’ll get a rude consultant. I’ve been waiting to get assistance since May 2022

Our power was off straight 39 hours from 02:00am Friday 06/01 to Saturday afternoon - if you sent an email - the auto responder would have notified you of the issue and the influence on our phones. As for LS schedules are also published weekly on auto responder - as unfortunately our phones don't work during LS.
