Little ****** Fail

I hate the fact that i have to give these people a star in order to write this review. I sent my applications in November 2020 right before I went on my maternity leave. I have since given birth and returned to work and these people have not done a single thing for me. According to them the delay with the claim was becuase my company had not updated my employment status with the department of labour. This is the first time i am doing this so i believed them and spoke to my company and resent the UI 2.7 and UI1.9 forms which clearly stated the termination date and employment status 9 which is dismissed but still these people say my company has to do it. So i called the department of Labour and they said all i needed was to submit the forms and the company should either use the U-filing system or have the UI 1.9 filled in. According to my understanding little ****** is basically submitting the forms on our behalf because standing in those long lines after giving birth would be too much especially during covid, well atleast thats what i told myself when i used them, What an F*ing joke. They have all the information. My company has done all that they needed to do but these people are not helping me and i paid R700 or their services. I want it back!!!!! I want a refund now. They take us for fools nx and i need that money to survive while i was on leave. YOOOOH and phoning them is another hot mess. They never answer their phones and i need to speak to someone because emails clearly do not seem to be working. I want a refund please
