Little ****** does not care about their clients!!

On my 1st pregnancy i used an agency to do my maternity uif claims, everything went so smooth and well i got my money timeously. On my 2nd pregnancy, i went back to the same agency only to find that they were not dealing maternity uif claims anymore. They referred me to a lady called Stephanie who runs an agency called Little ******. I approached her based on the referral. Worst decision i could have ever made! I sent all my forms timeously made payment, everything but they failed me as my agency. My daughter is 1 year and 2 months but i still haven't received my money. When i call them, it's either no one answers or they say they will get back to me but they never do. When i call the department of labour they tell they are awaiting instructions from my agent. I really don't know what to do now because that is my money and I'm entitled to it. I had taken 5 months of maternity leave but had to go back to work early because i wasn't getting paid .. i had get loans from the bank to be able to pay for my debts. They have no idea what they have put me through. They have made what was supposed to be a magical moment, real hell. I advise to not use Little ****** , they do not care about their clients. They just take the money and leave you to deal with everything on your own. If i had known, i would have just done everything myself ;(
