I hope you read this before you use them

One star is pushing it could use a no star rating. Unless your forms are not 100% correct and have no issues on DOL they CAN NOT and WILL NOT be of any service to you. Keeps sending me screenshot of stuff I do not understand. I have resubmitted UI-19, wrote affidavits, send e-mail after e-mail for feedback without reply. When calling you can hold for up to an hour to speak to someone. I submitted my employees forms in July - her baby is 2 months hold and still have not been paid - I have been caring for them out of my own pocket because I feel like a total fool for using this company. You should be ashamed.
