Highly frustrated and disappointed with little ******
First service with this company was great, fast and efficient, that was 2017. So i decided to use their service again for my first pregnancy. All documents was sent in November 2019 with their proof of payment. It's now f**king end of January. I'm going back to work in February and I still haven't received any response from them regarding my claim. I sent a follow up on the 11th of Jan, no one bothered to respond. Service now is seriously pathetic and slow. I will never refer them to any of my friends and family.

Declarations was submitted and in process of follow up, but due to a lot of downtime as DOL last 2 weeks all follow ups are backlogged
