Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. Did not give all the required forms to be completed initially then used this as excuse for delay. Kept asking forms to be submitted over and over although forms had been submitted weeks ago. I ended up lodging my own claim with UIF after which Little ******s then changed my personal contact details and reloaded the claim from their side. I had all my days getting password changed again so that I can get access to my own profile on ufiling. You can never get hold of them and they are rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend them to anyone.
