Extremely poor communication

I am writing this review, as I honestly don’t know what else to do anymore to get feedback and communication from this company. Would not recommend them at all, their communication is extremely poor. Doesn’t help phoning in, they just say they will email you feedback that also doesn’t happen. Just for your own sanity in this whole process use someone else, service is not personalised, asked them to cc another email address to make sure I receive their emails and that it is not blocked by my spam filter, to this day (from August 2021) they do not follow that instruction, which then leads to me phoning in weekly to follow up to make sure I don’t miss any communication, email feedback is promised and then nothing… send them updated documents from my place of work, been begging them from the 28th of January 2022 to please let me know if they have submitted, should I submit? Should my company submit? And again nothing. So that is the reason for me writing this review out of sheer frustration and tired of following up with no feedback.
