Don't waste your time or money on this company

Im writing this to help other innocent mothers like myself seeking assistance in a time of need only to receive poor service.

They didn't hold up their end of the agreement to check my forms as when I went into the offices I was sent back twice as the form for banking they provided was outdated. The forms were also not completed as per the departments requirements however they said they were checked.

If they submitted my claim successfully then I would not have been able to resubmit the same claim when i physically went into the offices.

I really do hope that they consider closing their business as the service they claim to provide is poor and pathetic.
