DON'T Bother Little ****** UIF

Worst service!! you are better off dealing with the government department directly. little ****** takes no responsibility, there is no sense of urgency and no accountability. furthermore they are very rude! They don't offer any special service. they scanned unclear documents to the department as a result 3 months later i'm still not paid by UIF, when I call them to enquire they are very rude and full of excuses, for a whole month they have been telling me about the uif system that is offline, fine I acknowledged that fact. I went to the department physically and my paperwork was re-scanned an resubmitted. basically I wasted my time and money with little ******, all I got was excuses and rudeness. you will regret if you use this agency
