DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR MATERNITY CLAIM!!!

I have paid them and sent in all necessary documents to them in December 2021. 'Till date I have not received my Maternity UIF claim. When I phone or send emails, I don't receive any feedback or help. Phoned the UIF maternity offices today, they confirmed none of my documents were received. I had to send it in personally and phoned to confirm receipt. So why did I pay Little ******s to do it. They are useless.
