DO NOT USE LITTLE MONEY UIF !

I paid little ****** in good faith even before singing any agreements , but after the bad reviews( and one from my friend who is STILL waiting 1 year later and still hasn't received a cent ...and yes I understand its not always the company in questions' fault but she never returns calls or emails ) PLUS the Reviews on Hello Peter I asked for a refund . Since no " real " costs had been incurred by little ****** and no agreements signed , I assumed in fairness Stephanie would return my money as someone with some moral value and conscience ??? Of course she refuses to pay me back , I even offered that she keep R50 for EMAILING ME the UIF forms that she sent . Granted she has some scribble notes as her " instructions " on how to fill the form . But she hasn't submitted 1 form on my behalf or literally made 1 phone call to me or my employer or even to the UIF office as we didn't even start the process . It just seems so unfair .

Good day,

You wanted to use the service and made payment and our instructions was sent to you. Our agreement stipulated that making payment and receiving the instructions makes the agreement binding and therefore no refunds.

Our instructions were sent to you after payment was made.

Days later you request a refund after the instructions was sent. While agreement stipulates payment made and instructions sent = no refunds.

These are the main thing about the claim as this explains exactly how the documents must be completed. We put all the time and effort into these and this is our property. Unfortunately there is no guideline available on the Internet on how to complete the documents and this is why are here to provide this assistance to get the information / documents completed correctly and also stipulate that these instructions are our property

As for delays with claims, each claim is different and the employment history compliance remains the responsibility of the employers. If employers are compliant there shouldn’t be an issue claiming from the fund.

As also stipulated and explained we are not employed as the employer’s agent to keep them compliant with what the law expects of them.

This issue was raised on Carte Blanche where they wanted to blame the department for non-payment, but if the whole process if understood you claim against employment history and employers need to stay complaint in order for people to claim.

The fact remains no two claims are the same, as their employment history will not be the same so therefore no two claims can be measured up against each other.
