Do NOT Recommend

Starting out went ok. Taking my business was quick and effortless. I had multiple issues with my unemployment claim that needed attention, and no communication was provided without massive effort from my side. Weeks went by where I got no feedback. Emails are not responded to, telephone lines not answered, and when they are, it's only empty promises of someone who never phones back. Whatzups get answered but only to say that the number is for new registration only and that follow-ups should be done via mail. I was rejected numerous times. My claim took 6months before it got approved. When I finally got the sms on the 18th of Aug 2026 saying my claim has been approved I immediately phoned and emailed them requesting what the next steps are. I mean, 6 months without any money, seeing the approved sms was heaven sent!! It is today, the 10th of Sept 2026, I have not had one call, whatzup, email or sms in response from them. I had to phone the UIF call centre myself and get the necessary information from them. I logged in and took the entire process into my own hands. Within 2 weeks I had my first payout. I might as well have just done that from the beginning and not waste R900 paying them for a service that they cannot be bothered by to complete. Waste of money and time. Not recommending them at all.
