Disgusted

I am disgusted with the service.I paid the fee and went on maternity in May 2019. I have been sending numerous emails for weeks regarding my claim.Then only in July after I expressed my frustration with them they told me they need more documents which I then submitted the next day. Again I have to send emails and phone to find out what is going on.This company is very unprofessional.I have 1 month left of maternity leave and have not received a single cent or even any communication from Stephanie or anyone.

I want my money back and will submit my claim myself.
