Beyond Useless!!!!

The most useless organisation!!! This is a 1 man company (seems like) that doesnt know whether its Arthur or Marther. I am waiting for almost 9 mnths now with no joy. Every other week (after me sending ugly emails to Stephanie) I get a response with conflicting info. 1 minute all docs are in order, next minute the employer didn't update income next best thing the address of the employer is incorrect and then again all info is received and been assessed just to receive another email saying ui19 incomplete. I would have been better off sitting 1 day in a gvt office filing my own UIF claim.
