Bad, Worse, Terrible ...... then you get Little ******!!!!!!
I submitted all my documents for maternity leave on 15 November 2019. I was notified by Little Moneky, middle of December 2019 that my claim was submitted to the department of labour. I followed up every two weeks via e-mail. In March 2020, I received an e-mail from them stating that my employment history is updated and that I can expect payment within 10 to 15 working days. Needless to say, 15 working days passed without any payment. I followed it up numerous times via e-mail as well as telephonically (that is if their lines were on). Same response every time:" we will follow up and notify you as soon as possible". I have received no feedback or update what so ever from them. The last straw was in June 2020, when I followed up AGAIN and I was told that my employment history is still not updated??????????? I have found a contact person at the department of labour. She unblocked my ID, because my employer claimed UIF ters. It was literally five minutes, before she notified me personally that that my claim has been finalized. She also gave me the exact amount as well as the date that my money will be paid into my account. This was yesterday, 12 Aug 2020. I have received my payment today, Nine Months later, No thanks to Little ******! Wish I could get my R800 back and pay the lady that actually did the work.
You were also notified of the TERS issue last week via feedback as we requested a letter which was also submitted to DOL for the removal.

06/08 letter was received and submitted to DOL for the removal of the ID from the COVID TERS LIST.
If it was not for the TERS applications and the fact that DOL froze all the ID's the claim would have been approved in July once it was escalated to provinc
