Bad UIF service

I never give bad reviews, as i usually give people the benefit of the doupt, but this time i think it warrants it. Don't use this service. Someone in the company I work for went on maternity leave a month before me and has already received their money, I'm still struggling to figure out what Little ****** wants from the place that i can work, and neither can our HR figure it out as they did everything the same as with the first claimant. I've asked multiple times for them to call me so that we can figure it out as i don't have minutes to call, but they never do. I doupt I'm ever going to get my money back from them either.
